Just contacted Amazon Au in regard to some changes that I needed was told to ring back in an hour as they were having a systems upgrade.

Yes I think your right as was told they could not verify me to help.
Their reputation as one of the best budget cloud providers just took a hit. Turns out all the money in the world can't buy you a perfect system.
What, you've never had to upgrade a system from "broken" to "working" ?
maybe they got a bargain on the upgrade? must be used today

Maybe they found a security issue that could expose all customer details they have and urgently need to update their systems with a fix. Or would you rather they wait until after BF/CM to do the upgrade amd hope another bajillion details aren’t hacked?
