These type of dual zone fridge freezer combos don't work too well in my opinion. They bleed a lot of the inner temperature into each others compartments.

    • Unlikely, considering there's about 2" of insulation between the compartments.

And separate lids. Not sure who thought a black fridge was a good idea though.

        Out of stock. Price error?

Wasnt price error just out of stock. Was on a fb 12 volt page everyone went made about them

      • I've been camping for over 30 years and tried just about every setup available. I take ice cream camping when I go, so my full set up is good.. Im speaking from experience and I've owned, repaired and refilled with gas all the brands of these 12v fridges for years myself.

  • Had one of these generic fridges, died during an outback trip, no cold beer and food went off.
Upgraded to Engel and not looked back.

The linked video says it has a 6 year warranty, but the above info only says 12m.

  • Things that should never be controlled from your phone or have an IP address:

    1. Vehicle brakes
    2. A fridge

I bought a companion one 5+ years ago, still going strong. Good for the price point if an Engel is out of reach.

  • I ordered one but then looked at the manual which says the weight is 35 kg. Thats not going to work since will be touching 45 KG when loaded.
I have since raised a cancellation request with catch since their site says its 25 Kg. Misleading all the way

    • Did they manage to cancel your order?

  • Bushman are the brand I recommend. Unsurpassed customer service. They will do ANYTHING to help, and my one is 20yo and awesome.
