Roborock S5 Max or Deebot 950

Hi All

I am after some comments/recommendations to pick a Robot Vacuum with mopping function and down to Deebot 950 ( $799 in Jb Hifi, $679 with discounted gift cards) and S5 Max ($720 @ Kogan). Obviously picking from Jb will provide warranty coverage, customer service etc. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  If you have hard floors and need mopping feature, I'd say definitely go s5 max. Otherwise, it's up to you if you can justify the extra markup. The major difference between the two is that the deebot has higher airflow and better battery life.

  I have 3 carpet rooms and lounge/kitchen/ /dinning is tiles.

  I've tried both and the roborock is better because the app is better. The deebot app seems a bit buggy when trying to divide rooms. And it doesn’t allow you to permanently set a room clean order. Otherwise they're pretty similar. Its worth paying that little bit more for the roborock.
