About 4 months ago Virgin Money had an offering where they would give you $100 if you jumped through the right hoops in the right order and never looked either down, back or to the left.
In the end, it all worked out and many of us now have our free $100 :)

Opps posted my comment in the other virgin thread. Yes I got my $100 bonus today, just waiting for them to also pay the interest for month and then going to transfer it all to ubank. Interest should be paid near the end of the day.
Their introductory rate is still the best around offering 6.12% (slightly better than ubank) but for us our 4 month intro period is over and it reverts to 4.9% so time to move on.

I worked out that the real rate of return for 3 months in the virgin saver to be close to 18% per annum working on $3000 and gaining $135 in interest after 3 months.
I would stick with virgin and put all my money in them if they offered 6.12% and perhaps had SMS transaction verification like ubank has for all transactions, I think that is a very good security feature.
