  im looking for a i5, looking to spend around $700 -$800 for the build, not my main computer, its my living room computer mainly for streaming/casting, web browsing, etc

  It's not currently on sale (yet!), but check out the PN50 - https://www.asus.com/au/Mini-PCs/Mini-PC-PN50/

  Not as pretty as the intel NUCs, but the performance of the Ryzen might be worth it. I'm holding out hope that somebody will have it on sale soon.
