    Most of their tour prices in SE Asia seem pretty steep (as compared to local tour booking offices), most 25-30% more. I suppose if you need absolute certainty before you depart it may be worth it, but even with 5% off you'd be far better off just booking them when you get there

      I agree. I've only ever used Viator for activities in the US- for example, the hop on hop off buses, etc. They seem to be the same price everywhere.
