If you're at all a fan of The Clones Wars series or the ill-fated Star Wars 1313 project, I guarantee you'll enjoy this - it's almost directly a homage to the worlds and lore explored in the TV series.
Respawn were huge fans of the extended universe and did an amazing job of tying the story together post Order-66.
The feel of this game actually reminds me a lot of Metroid: Prime and Jedi Knight II: Jedi Academy.
