30% off Everything @ Affinity. eg Affinity Photo, Publisher & Designer: $54.99 Each

Just in time for me to ditch my Adobe subscription! I'm going to move over to Affinity for these three programs and DaVinci Resolve for video (once I buy a suitable video card… if anyone knows of one!).

The Affinity store also has other stuff available such as brushes, tees, books and such.

  • Ive been using Affinity Photo for 2-3 years now and its pretty good, certainly for the price.
There are some things which I had to figure out compared to Photoshop, but there is always a way and once you know it work - atleast for me. Their help, tutorials and videos are also very good.
FTIW Im also in the process of switching to DaVinci Resolve, for which even the free version is good - at least in my early testing.

    • I have a graphics card which doesn't have CUDA, so unfortunately cannot use it for video editing with Resolve :(. Any idea what video card would be suitable? I don't play games, if that matters.

  • I see affinity lets you install on multiple machines too, so I can put on each machine in the house - only 1 kid get adobe through school for free and sharing that license is a pain.

  • Just in time, my trial on designer just ran out.

    Cheers OP.

  • Cant say enough good things about this software. I have been using Designer for a number of years and have produced numerous professional projects on it. The software is great. The price is excellent, and the support community also very good.

    • What sort of projects do you do? Web, print? I was wondering if, for print projects, a printer would have to have Affinity apps, or if print jobs are sent via PDFs now.

      • +1

generally print files are sent via PDF. this is because it keeps all graphics, fonts, etc inside the PDF container format rather than expecting each person to have the same assets

        • Cool, thanks!
