Anyone Try That Horrible New eBay Live Chat?

I remember the old eBay live chat was great. It took like 1-2 minutes and you get someone to respond.

This new one has an annoying interface that will keep whatever you said last session in the box and also it takes the staff at least 30 minutes to finally connect to me and respond. When they finally connect, they type for a solid 15 minutes to finally get out their message and can be slow to respond at times.

This was never the case with the old interface, what happened and anyone have the same experience?

    As a seller I’ve been connected in less than 5 mins with ebay support, last chat was 1 week ago.

      I have Ebay Plus and it has been taking a long time to connect for some reason.

        When are you trying, I find mornings are better than afternoons.

          Yeah, trying in the afternoons.

          However, before the update, morning, afternoon, night etc.. it was always 1-2 minute wait.
