Just wondering what the max turnaround time is for things from the hut to get delivered? I ordered the Batman Blu Ray Bundle the same day it was posted on 4/10..

and have yet to receive it. I have since ordered some game from them and they arrived within weeks. Is it safe to say that it's lost? Has anybody else received theirs yet? Thanks.
normally they send you an email when they have posted it, did you get that ?
might be worth logging onto there web site and sending them an email to let them know you have not got it. btw this side of there website is buggy(when i did it), seems to work better with IE than Fire-Fox and there reply to my email took around 2 or 3 days

My account says I ordered it on the 6/11 and dispatched on the 7/11. Credit card was also charged on the 7/11.
Anyway, logged in and queried it. Now just waiting for a generic response telling me I have to wait a certain number of business days before I can claim it lost. Hope it still arrives in the meanwhile and before Christmas!

All good guys. Postie delivered it on Friday. Nothing on the parcel to indicate a posting date but it seems to have been sent from Germany. Took thehut 3 days to reply though to my missing item query.
I've noticed some peculiar detours through the post system, getting stuff cheaply delivered. I've had Blu rays from the us go through nz, and I bought a euro 3ds from the hut and it's currrently in Belgium supposedly only 350km or so from the uk, so I'd say that's where the extra time adds up
Man Still haven't got mine…was dispatched on 29th November. I lodged a message with them and they replied if I wanted a refund or a replacement. They haven't communicated with me yet…
Which one did you order? I got the PC version, and queried it a week ago, only just got a reply yesterday.
They straight up gave me a refund. Didn't query anything… I'm wondering if they didn't actually ship it, even though it was listed as 'despatched'.
Fingers crossed it does actually show up - then it's a total freebie! :D
that is exactly what I thought. I haven't got my refund yet but hopefully soon. Looks like they didn't have any in stock and were too chicken to say that. So they faked shipping it and then when they got complaints, refunded.

Same story for me as for spawnpoint and ryang. It is quite suspicious that after a month at least 3 people haven't received the game/discs. They initiated a refund for me, no questions, but I would rather have the game and discs-which are individually available on the website, but no longer as a bundle, even though the email said that Arkham city was no longer available. After the delay in the PC version this is hard to take especially as 2 days ago Arkham city was $18 on Greenman gaming and $68 for the 360 collectors(but na this afternoon).

Yeah so did i but if you got the PC version the release date was on 22 Nov (i think) so its only been available a week so you'd still be waiting at least another week. If you got it on a console then it just terrible postage times lol
