Just got the Optus one discounted plan for $65 a month.
Seemed good, 500gb data, one on one support 24/7.
Just found out there’s a different support team for the $65 plan vs the original $120 plan.
The $65 plan only get messaging support M-F and they’ve lost the dedicated line.
Isn’t this false advertising from Optus? No where on the website or the plan detail does it mention that.
Thoughts?
Standard Optus save money by the sounds of it by using the generic support contact and as such the support you get is not very good based on my experience if there is a technical issue that is not in the standard scripts they use.
