Haven't seen Battlefield 3 for cheaper. It's been around $22 for a about 2 weeks now but this is the first time I have seen it crack $20USD

It's okay. You can simply download the language pack and it will update to English, or whichever language you wish to use.

It's mentioned in the link. And since the link gets updated, I have every reason to believe that with any future updates, they will update the process to patch the language files.

You download it via origin, then add the english files.
iirc the download is like 11gb.
