How poor is this year’s version of the BWS Cooler “promotion”? It is nothing more than a bait exercise to get people to use its app on a daily basis. What do others say about it?

I have multiple accounts using my familes (no I didnt make them for this promo)
last year after the 100 days using multiple accounts, the ratio was about 1 in 3 for me, and I ended up with about 50 free single drinks and a few 4xpacksso far in 20 days ive recevied 4 x free drinks and about 1 in 4 , $3-$5 off brands and items that are overpriced or unavailable, which are pretty useless,
much much less enjoyable this time around
tried redeeming the one 330ml bottle of gin & tonic i won instore yesterday, went to the counter with it, tried. the employee tried a few different ways, the app kept glitching. causing much embarassment , left empty handed. uninstalled the app straight after!!
that scenario + the appalling "prizes" (if i even get some offer besides an empty chest) = never again using their app.
I think the gin had to be redeemed via instore purchase and not via the app as it was not a cooler promotion.

Get this, it doesn’t make it clear on the app but the free rewards you win can only be claimed online it seems?
I went into a BWS earlier tonight and “claimed” my free prize which the staff had to price override to give it to me for free because there was no obvious way to redeem the prize. They initially thought it was linked to my Everyday Rewards but once scanned it did nothing.
Yes, it's very confusing. It can only be claimed via TApp however my redeem button does not work :( need to figure it out before 12 Dec or it will expire.
first day I won a $50 iconic gift card. They never gave it to me. Other than that i have just received $3 off beers i would never drink

I emailed bws and they did an update and I got most back, but not all.
Prior years there was a deal every day.
Now it is just taking up space on my Mobile.
Just delete it.
