Is anyone else having issues with Message2Text?
Calls to my mobile go to Message2Text after 5-10 seconds.
According to Belong, the default setting is 15 seconds. For some weird reason, it can't be extended to 30 seconds as is the case with most providers.

Thanks MS Paint but I get an invalid MMI message when I run it.
Despite what your source says, Belong technicians tell me that the wholesale Telstra network doesn't support extending the ring time past 15 seconds.
My issue is that calls are going to Message2Text in 5-10 seconds before I can answer them.go to the link he posted above and search for the MMI code to dial.
It's missing some bits above due to paste I thinkThanks b0b, I ran the code displayed in the link but I received a failed to connect message. It appears that the Belong technicians are correct 😕
* * 61*+61418707111 * *30# ?
Correct that's the exact code I tried.
hmm.. I have tried twice and both times worked (initially didn't as left out * from above post). After it says registration successful call forwarding
Thanks again for your help b0b.
I contacted Belong support once more and they are adamant that Telstra's wholesale network doesn't support extending the ring time past 15 seconds. Go figure.
As for my particular issue, they can't offer a solution.
I use my phone partially for business, so I have signed up with Moose Mobile on the Optus network which supports normal voicemail and the ring time can be extended to 30 seconds. As a bonus, Moose has telephone support based in Australia.
Don't think you include the + before the 614.. try
Yes. I have issues receiving calls with Belong in time. I've tested calling my phone in the same room and it takes about 5 seconds from when I hear ringing for my phone to start ringing.
Arrived here after searching how to do it, just adding that I think you need to send to whatever number your call forwarding is set to use.
In my case 61*+6141870710830# successfully set a 30 second timeout, using *#61# to verify also worked.
The message limit is 10 seconds and it sucks.
I usually get a garbled message I can't understand, anyway.
How hard would it be for them to enable voicemail?
