Remember those things called landlines? We needed a new phone after our old FritzBox with DECT phones started becoming unreliable, and found a pretty awesome deal at VTech's website.I was after the CLS15852 and was going to buy from Catch for $130, but stumbled across VTech's promotions while looking for the manual - quite a bit cheaper and there's some other good ones there too including one for a video doorbell. The one we're getting connects to mobile phones via bluetooth so much easier to answer an incoming mobile call from three fixed stations in the house when you can't find the mobile or don't hear it go off.
Looks like it's a bit of a clearance thing as they're pushing their NBN Voice bridge stuff more.
