In SA we actually get 6 doughnuts for the Birthday deal.
Krispy Kreme SA is run independently from Krispy Kreme.
This is for the 7-Eleven app and to be picked up at 7-Eleven.
I still have the one with Krispy Kreme (Free 4 Pack of Original Glazed Doughnuts OR $10 off online order) which is probably the VIC version of what you are talking about.
I would say it's possible that this is available in SA but given the Free 6 Pack Krispy Kreme Doughnut Bites @ 7-Eleven via App does Excludes SA & TAS, maybe not.

Yes it is, sorry I confused your 7-Eleven deal post with a Krispy Kreme deal post, I saw the 'Excludes SA' and missed the rest. We don't have 7-Eleven in SA at all.

making an account doesn't work. The email verification keeps coming up with an unexpected error (and no more details)
So my birthday was a couple days ago, and I havent received any birthday freebie in the app. I've had the app for months & my birthday has always been entered..
FYI I'm using Version 2.3.3-release (found at bottom in Settings) on Android.
You could prob try creating a new account, but there maybe a need to register before the month starts.
Thats exactly what I have on android as well. Weird that I didnt get anything.
Appeared in My rewards section of the new app… but note it’s only for 1 day now, not a month any more :-(

Yep, on the day. Arrived around 2am…
Update: it appears in the app on the day of your alleged birthday. But you only have one day to ‘add’ the offer to your Rewards section.
Once you’ve added the reward, you have then got only 7 days to redeem.
So, add first (with 24hrs), then redeem within a week. Phew!

did you check under the rewards section of the app?
Yeah but reading few comments above I think you have to add it on the day itself and then it's valid for 7 days. Probably missed it as was few days ago :(
that's true. i checked the app on the actual day and added it to my rewards list. wish there was a way to view your profile within the app.
