12 Month Renewal with Boost

My first 12 month subscription with Boost "anytime plus" is due in a few weeks. I'd like to renew it but I'm not sure how to go about it? When I signed up the $150 annual fee was discounted to $130. Will I need to pay $150 or $130?

    $150

Just think yourself lucky that you're still on the old plan. The newer ones are much worse value.

    • Noob question. What has changed?

      Minus
130 only being for new customers
And you cannot roam internationally (which doesn't matter in the current scenario anyways)

What i do want to complain about is that telstra stuffed up the network for non volte users. Essentially forcing everyone to change to a newer handset.

$150 plan doesn't exist anymore. There is a new $200 plan instead.

It does exist. I just checked now.
What we cannot buy is a recharge voucher from a retail store such as coles. However you can recharge $150 on Boosts website.

Yes if you are currently ON the $150 plan you can recharge, but once you leave that plan, you can't come back.

However you can recharge $150 on Boosts website.

            No $150 plan listed anymore.

  • bonezAU is correct. From within the Boost app, select recharge and follow the prompts. Did this recently for both my wife and my phones. No discount, but you hang onto the 80GB of data/unlimited calls text etc, at $150 pa.

Yes, the $130 deal was only for new customers… And as above, the new plans are worse than our old ones.

I'm on the $240 (discounted from $300), 240Gb plan, which has turned out to be easily overkill.
I'm looking at renewing on the $100/6 months, 60Gb plan (ie $200/12 months 120Gb) as 80Gb is a bit too tight for my usage.

  • Looks like it's a good idea to stick with it.

Not a heavy data user so 80 gb is more than enough.

I had a quick look via the app, recharge etc, should be fine, thanks for the tips.
