Time to Stock up on Discounted App Store Gift Cards?

So I saw that Apple is reducing the cut it takes from the App Store from 30% to 15% (https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2020/11/apple-announces-app-s…) for small businesses which news reports indicate is the majority of the App Store.

I’m thinking that as a result discounted App Store gift cards will no longer be as high as the 20-25% we see currently and will probably max out at 5-10% from 2021.

I’ll be looking to stock up myself and was wondering what others think will happen.
