Not a huge fan of the lack of traceability of the coffee - We have no idea what country the coffee is from, which producer(s) were involved, or how the coffee was processed (other than the de-caffeination process).
This is a pretty common theme across most of your coffees that you sell which is disappointing and a barrier to purchasing - I'm not a fan of natural processed coffees on the best of days (as they often taste very jammy/ferment-y), and wouldn't pick up any of your coffees if I wasn't sure it was washed.
Finally another problem with lack of traceability is being unsure whether the coffee being purchased is 'ethical' or 'sustainable', to whatever degree an individual may care about these issues. Personally I want to be supporting roasters who are paying a fair amount to producers and farmers, and are not exploiting them by placing large amounts of risk on these groups.
