2TB NAS with media streaming, under $200

Hi bargainers!
I'm after a 2TB NAS with media streaming for under $200. It's going to be streaming to my PS3 and to both Win7 and XP computers.
I know of the Iomega NAS HOME MEDIA at PC LAN for $165.95, and the SEAGATE 2TB NAS STAM2000200 FREEAGENT GOFLEX HOME 2TB at Pacstar, are there any others and of these which is best?

    I ordered the Iomega one thgrough computeronline.com.au and they called me today (1 week later) to tell me they were out of stock. (….nice of them to let me know ASAP huh)
