Just watched that and tempted to refund my order but still going to go through with it as I sold my Bose SoundSport Free Wireless to get these. I actually like how they don't bulge out like other buds. The ANC, case size and how they fall out of the case easy does not concern me. It's more of the fit is what I'm concerned about. That being said all the flaws do not make it sound like it's worth $319 but for $207 and a cool case, I'm down. Let see how it goes.
Mine have failed twice in a year through no fault of my own and each time samsung have attempted to refuse to fix them. Typical of my last experiences with Samsung. I bought brand new oz stock .
Never again.

Battery in left would consistently deplete in 20 mins while right still full. Samsung said no issue,
After the finally replaced it , it worked. Buds worked fine. Then case stopped charging. Samsung said case and buds were faulty and quoted me $380 as it was about 11 months since I purchased the first pair, denied there was any warranty on placement. Eventually replaced after multiple calls and emails. These are common issues.
$150-$200 on scumtree and FB.
