      The Delivery shows free on product page (for me), but charges $2.20 at checkout.

    doesn't seem to "Save on Shipping by ordering more", delivery cost just goes up per quantity

    Edit: expedited delivery is free! :) no need for prime

      There are three shipping brackets 1 cable, 2-4 cables & more than 4 cables, please let us know if that's not the case.

        Well it's $2.20 for 1, and $4.20 for 2. So I guess there's a saving… I presume it's also $4.20 for 4, but "Sorry, the quantity that you requested is not available at the moment. We did not update your quantity."

    If you choose Expedited Delivery, it's free, for standard delivery, it's 2.20 (expected the same day though … :)

        Flat fee means the same shipping for 1 as for more than one. Your shipping is not a flat fee… It's flat between 2-4, then increases and flat for >4.

        If was looking at a landscape that had 2 hills, I wouldn't call it flat.
