I love my pizza with the lot, but some pizza shops have a weird idea of the meaning of "the lot".
So I go through a ingredient picking process from the menu, and usually settle on at least anchovy, bacon, onion, hot salami, meatball, other meats, capsicum, mozzarella, prawns, pineapple, spices, and whatever else might be available. No BBQ sauce, it destroys every other flavour. But pineapple is a hand grenade in an explosion. What additions would you recommend for my list and why?

@havebeerbelywillsumo: It's a joke.
@brendanm: Jokes are violence or something…
Roast potatoes on pizza is great. So is egg, pear, goats cheese and many other things.
what do you pair pear with on pizza? I've never tried it, sounds interesting.
Pineapples.
We do a puff pastry base with pear, goats cheese, honey, walnuts/pecans & a sprinkle of rocket once it's out of the oven.
I don't mean to be pedantic, but that's not a pizza. That's a goats cheese tart.

I like ur the lot but i'd add sliced Mushrooms and Olives
I also ask for no Anchovies imo there saltiness over-powers everything
Mushrooms and olives should be standard!
and pineapples

Domino's and Dr. Oetker. It's the OzBargain way.
Garlic. Portobello mushroom. Butter. Fresh mozzarella. Sprinkle of oregano and Parmesan. Ground black pepper.
It is one of the few dishes that doesn't get better with meat.
Little Caesars here in Perth have a few different toppings, and I like:
White Rocks Roast (GF) - Mondos famous veal, mozzarella potato, cream sauce, onion, parmesan, oregano, parsley.
Birds of Tokyo (GF) - Teriyaki chicken, sesame seeds, mozzarella, pickled cucumber, Japanese mayonaise, parsley.
Chicken Satay - Mozzarella, cashews, chicken, capsicum, onion, mushroom, satay sauce, coconut milk.and my 2 favourites:
Little Birdy (GF) - Mozzarella, turkey, onion. Brie cheese, cranberry sauce, parsley and
Nathan & Nat (GF) - Chicken, prosciutto (pork), mozzarella, roasted red capsicum, pine nuts, roasted pumpkin, cream sauce, parsley.Their Dessert Pizzas are insane! I like:
Caramello Sam (GF) - Custard, brown sugar, macadamias (nuts), almonds (nuts), cashews (nuts), banana, icing sugar, caramel sauce.
Eskimo Joe - Malt choc chip cookie mix, icing sugar, vanilla icecream, rasberry sauce.
Mudhoney - Chocolate mud cake, honey, chocolate sauce, white milk and dark chocolate buttons, icing sugar.
Sunday Bloody Sunday - Vanilla dough mix, strawberries, crushed peanuts, chocolate sauce and icing sugar and ice creamTheir "The Lot" FYI is not bad too:
The Max (The Lot) - Sauce, mozzarella, shaved ham, bacon, mushroom, pepperoni, capsicum, sliced tomato, pineapple pieces, onion, kalamata olives, parsley.https://www.littlecspizza.com/hillarys-lunch-dinner-menu/
Best ingredients IMO are potato, pine nuts, roasted pumpkin, turkey, Brie cheese, cranberry sauce
p.s. Pineapple/Hawaiian FTW ;)
Little C? Is this the bankrupt Little Caesars outlets trading under a similar name?
That Nathan & Nat one sounds delicious!
You lost me at pineapple
A pizza only needs pepperoni, cheese and sauce.
and be thin and crispy and slightly burnt!
One of the best pizzas I ever had was on the way home from Sydney one night. We'd stopped into a little corner pizza place, and got their lamb, sweet potato and feta with pine nuts. So good, that I tried to replicate it at home, without much success. We never could find that pizza place again….sometimes I wonder if we dreamed it…. ;)
To answer your question, you definitely need mushrooms, and maybe pepperoni (not the big flat circles, but those small ones that are almost like fried bits of frankfurts!) and mine is a YES vote for pineapple!
