I have had two orders with Swagman’s go missing. The first seemed to be Australia Post incompetence, the second simply not dispatched by Swagman at all.
I have sent multiple emails and phone calls, which the owner(?) Doug did answer once, but I am getting the distinct impression he is ducking my calls and isn’t keen about dealing with answering either order problems.
Has anyone else experienced problems like this with them?
I like their product, which is why I gave the the benefit of the doubt on the first order, but now I am wondering if I should just put in a chargeback with PayPal?
Sadly this is very reminiscent of what happened with Geronimo Jerky a couple of years back.
Never dealt with them but if you've tried contacting and they don't reply, especially when you've tried multiple methods multiple times, then I'd definitely do a charge back.
