Don't leave them outside when not in use and they last for ages. I have some that date back to 1986 and still working.

    • Good suggestion, otherwise they'll collect dust and dirt, which goes on your fresh laundry

The Australian made ones were good - now they're all Chinese and good for a year or two (not stored outside).

The pegs or the duck legs??

Was waiting for that - yes smarty, confit duck leg jerky - aged for 36 years - yummy.

      • Chinese roast duck is the best anyway so good thing it's authentic

    • I leave them outside and haven't lost one for 3 years.
On the other hand I bought a packet of Aldi pegs a year ago and they didn't last long at all - haven't even got one surviving one!

Pegs are poor quality. But cheap nonetheless

Why is he negged? Please see other deals on the pegs and discussions. Everyone agrees since they moved production few year ago to China these pegs are rubbish now
I never leave them outside other than for usage yet they have deteriorated so much.
Do not buy and waste your money.

      • I have seen the same complaints and relatively few suggestions of anything better. Most 'better' ones have other issues.

I have the 'terrible' ones as they work better than any other peg
that I've used and seem to be durable. I have kept them outside in the sun for over a year and don't notice any significant deterioration but I haven't paid much attention, they are pegs that cost less than $5 and seem like they will last multiple years.

Love me some cheap ‘pegging’ duck

PGO2 stainless pegs at TGG commercial $7 for 26. No more decomposing Reva

  • I bought these specifically for Christmas lights on the gutters this year. Had the cheap flimsy tear-off style previously from Kmart; they didn't last a month despite being about the same price.

  • Thanks, these are the best pegs you can get. UV treated. Bought 2 packs
