You've said it, they're all very similar. I've gotten three off ebay and I know people with other random ones off aliexpress that are the same. They might have slightly different cases and some are a bit quieter than others but largely the same.

Here you go, not the same as the OP obviously, comes with an AU adapter and Australian shipping as mentioned. No features other than changing the speed.

What features to look for and which massage gun to get?
I bought the previous massage gun version: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/554062 (but from oz-fantastic) and had issues with the battery - still going back and forth with the seller thru Amazon customer help.
I know this one is being sold by Jollyfit - but just sharing my experiences (was happy with the massage gun - just annoyed that the battery completely died within a month or two).
Anyone tried the ones from Costco?
