I've been playing golf off and on for about 5 years now. Got a handicap of around 26. Does anyone have any recommendations for any reasonable golf lessons. Have only seen the $120/hr coaching, which is a little steep for me.
Any recommendation is very much welcome.

$120 is already pretty cheap and is what I'm currently paying. You could maybe hire someone on Air Tasker but there's a lot of uncertainty about the persons skill in teaching.

I get a discount at my club but the standard rate is like $49 for 30min
As mentioned above an hour is too long for a lesson with your handicap. I got a lesson for the first time in years the other day I'm a 15 hc. I got 2 things as a takeaway but he said there's another 9 or 10 things I need to do as well. Best to be not bombarded with an hours worth of swing thoughts. Shorter lesson, work on that. Then return for the next piece.
Shot my best score for the year too a week after.

$60 for 30 min is good.
My other tip would be to try and avoid watching too many youtube videos on swing techniques, paths, shallowing. All that stuff.
For one it's a rabbit hole and secondly it's quite difficult to put these into practice sometimes without guidance.
I'm all the way up in Craigieburn. Although I don't live near there the membership was cheap and the course is really good for the price. Greens that actually run true.

If you're a 26 handicap you won't need an hour long lesson to get value from a lesson. Just go for a 30min one.
