Hi Folks,
I need help with dealing AliExpress. I purchased the OPolar cordless airduster on 27 October. According to AliExpress it has been delivered, but I have not received it.

Ever since then I been tracking the delivery just about every day as I was very keen to try it out. It was supposed to be delivered between 25 November and 13 December (I can't remember the exact date, but that's what I can recall from memory). Below is a summary of the tracking.
- 1 November - Item dispatched
- 2 November - Item departed country of origin
- 10 November - Arrived at local distribution centre and accepted by Last Mile Carrier
- 10 November Arrived at destination country
- 11 November Delivered successful
On Wednesday (11 November) at 12:14am I received an email from AliExpress saying the item has arrived in the country and on my way to me. I was really excited to receive the email and at the same time thinking it's a bit odd because if true delivery is two weeks ahead. Then at 3:32pm received another email from AliExpress saying the item has been delivered to my surprise. I looked around very the house but I can't see it. I work from home so I was at home the whole day.
So I immediately got in touch with AliExpress by opening a dispute and also chatted with them on their Message Centre. I got couple of messages today (14 November) saying the dispute has been closed with a judgement from AliExpress saying "Invalid" with the following message "The tracking information shows that it delivered to your address. Please track it in the logistics official website or contact shipping company servicer to get more information. If you did not received, please provide document to prove lost. If you have received the goods but not in good condition/ shortage, please go to 'Dispute Detail' — Check 'Dispute Reason— Click 'Update Reason' to update your reason for filing a dispute. "
It's asking me to track it in the logistics official website or contact shipping company. How can I do this without giving me the contact information, the name of the shipping company etc. It also asked me to provide document to prove I didn't receive it. How do they expect me to do this. Do I just take a picture of my front door to show there is no parcel there? Please help. Please let me what I can do.
they might have used someone else's tracking number and attached it to your delivery tracking as well (some sellers are con-artists like this). you need to go into the tracking information on the order page and it shows most of the details of where it was delivered (this might vary depending on the shipping service). I had one showing as delivered to QLD once and I'm in SA. so i took a screenshot of that and added it to the dispute so they then ruled in my favour (after rejecting it initially).
i also did a chargeback with my credit card provider at the same time so i got a double refund lol #dontfeeltheleastbitbadaboutit
