Who made you an authority on where other people should be spending their money?
I already own a lot of these games; It'd take something special for me to throw more money after them.
320kbps mp3s are not special enough to warrant me paying more for music I have heard before, and can hear again legally by playing the games, or just extracting the audio data from the game binaries.
If they had of been lossless soundtracks, I would have given them money. They didn't, so I won't. That's my choice, and I make these personal decisions to support artists moving in the direction of choice and value.
I didn't neg the deal, I didn't ask for them to do anything extraordiarily difficult, or time consuming. I prefer FLAC, so I buy from artists who release in FLAC. It's a choice, and I made it.
