Who makes the best monitors for gaming? I already know about terms such as panel types (IPS,TN etc), resolution, refresh rate and response time but who makes it best in general?

  I chose LG. They make the IPS panels for Dell.

  It's kinda sad that BenQ fell off in the past 3-4 years. They were so dominant from 2007 to 2015ish with tournament level screens, early adopters of 144hz and making it affordable.

  That Apple display that costs a few thousand probably would be okay for gaming, all other things than price being equal.
