  • Got this and in same offer a bonus x,000 points for any weeks the shop is done online.

Can someone confirm, if items are out of stock and the total charged is under threshold for that week, does that spend count?

    • +1

No - but you complain to the chat team and they will credit it. Best to spend about 5 bucks over or order stuff that you know is always there.

    • +1

Their systems do not register if the sale is under the required amount. When you call there is no issue and they manually adjust but keep a screen shot of when you activated. I have never had to use it as proof but one time they needed the activation time to find it. If you are a lot under they may want a copy of the order showing OOS items, seems their systems do not talk to each other.

  • Got 15k points for $110 spend each week for 4 weeks

  • +1

I had 10k bonus twice with $80/week for four weeks. This time I have to spend $110/wk to get 10k. No from me.

    • +1

yep, i used to be $50 or $60, now it's $110, probably spent too much during lockdown, need to stop spending that much hopefully it will reflect on the next offer

  • +3

used to be $50/ week now it's $60… why tho? I only spent $50-$55 during those 4 weeks then shopped elsewhere

    • +2

      Same, I got $60 too.

    • +1

      Same.
All my previous offers of 4 x spends have been $50

      This time it's $60 x 4

      • +2

Same for me - always $50, always spend $50 to $53, and this round it's $60. So that's a big fat "hard pass" from me for this round. Meh, Coles' loss and Aldi's win.

        • Yeah, I was undecided.
Coles is further away, so woolies is easier.
I'm thinking to let this one slide and see what happens after this promo

    • +1

ditto with me - they're trying to up our spending so will sit this one out until they do the 4 x $50 spend

  • +1

    15000 points for $80 * 4, I am going to Coles next 4 weeks.

    • I got the same, will definitely be going Coles over Woolies for the next month :)

  • Geez, you guys are lucky. Normally it's either $130 0r $160 for us :(

  • I got $60/w +4k pts of online, dont know what to buy. havent been to coles for ages, need to drive compared to wools or aldi

  • haven't got the offer yet..

  • +1

    20,000 for $150

    • 20,000 for $140 x4 :)

  • Has anyone got the $50 min spend

    • +2

Not as far as I can tell. I've got $60 min spend and always play the system to ensure my offer is $50 min spend. I'm watching this round with interest.

      • Thx

Iv being getting $50 offers for years.now it’s $60. Still good but hope they don’t keep increasing it

    • Yes, didn't shop all of covid, fell off the list, havnt had one of these all year, did some $10 shops, lately had some 1000 bonuses which I don't do, and finally am back on their system.

    • Yep. I didn't even bother trying to achieve the last two or offers because they were too high for a household of one. This might be achievable.

  • back to single shop per week again for me.

    • Same here. No more multiple shop for me

  • +3

Finally got mine from a $210 spend to $60.

    • How? Over how long?

      • +1

Didn’t use card for about 3 months

  • Got offers for $70per week and $90per week

  • 15,000 for $75 x 4 weeks. Not as good as my Woolworths offers have been.

  • Got this offer it pays when you don't shop for a while at Coles, was getting same offers for around $90 per shop before.

  • +1

I've still got $50/week for 10K points after 4 weeks. They usually send me the $60/week offer after I redeem the former but I ignore it and eventually they'll give me back the $50/week one. This is probably the 4th time I've gotten this offer this year.

    • By the way, OP you should consider removing the "double dip" wording as it seems one transaction only counts towards one FlyBuys offer at a time. I got 1000 points for a $50 shop but it didn't trigger the 4 week offer for my first week.

      • Call flybuys tomorrow and check to confirm. Lately been slow on registering, but still logged

  • I got this offer too and activated.. Then I logged on to my flybuys and I had an extra 20k points from the Coles credit card. Didn’t recall activating any offers

  • 20000 points here for $150 per week spend

  • I have finally been able to bring my weekly shop requirement down after buying the $100 Mastercard deals a few months ago.

    Collect 10,000 bonus points
Spend $60 in one shop at Coles in each week for 4 weeks!

Plus, collect up to 4,000 bonus points if your weekly qualifying shops are completed online!

    • how did you do that, stop scanning flybuy?

      • My last transaction at Coles was worth $50 in November. The transactions before that was $195 in September and $105 (prepaid Mastercard) in August.

    • Yes I got 2 of these. Will do both. Nearly 30% off. Better than the 15% I was just about to do with Woolies although it would have gone up to 20% with the GC. Silly Coles system that you cannot use on online or use their own flybuys dollars.

      • +1

Yes it's an awesome deal. On the same card, I received another offer today for a bonus 1000 points for $50 spend, which makes this week even better!

        • Yes I did too but only for in store at Chadstone and I am still not going out to shops.

  • Got 10,000 for $80 over multiple shops. Not unhappy with this as it’s easier to achieve than having to spend that amount in one transaction.

Also got 15,000 for $80 and 10,000 for $60 in one shop on other family members cards.

  • $190 per week for me. Time to take a break from Coles.

    • Same here

  • $60 week x 4 = 10k points
    Is my offer.

Edit : In one shop sadly

  • +1

just got another spend $100 and get 6000 points offer, not bad for 30% off

    • I got spend $50 for 3000 points.

  • nun

  • +1

Got $50 x4 spend, lowest I ever had in awhile. Guess not shopping at Coles for months worked.

  • This time the Opal recharge transaction did not qualify for my weekly spend. Have they excluded this for eligible spend?

    • It qualified for mine last week

  • Do prepaid mobile sims qualify for weekly spend?

  • Did anyone else not have any confirmation of their 2nd week spend on their receipt?

I got it on the first week despite the note in the email "Due to a system issue you may not receive a message on your receipt after your qualifying shop in week 1. Don’t worry, your spend will still be registered"

    • if you keep your receipt, you can ask them to do manual adjustment

      • Yeah will do, I'm just wondering if it didn't credit, then week 3 (this week) and week 4 probably won't either. Thought maybe it was just a system issue and others might have had the same.

        • +1

The offer disappears from my app at the start of the week and then magically appears an hour after I’ve don’t the qualifying spend. I would probably worry if it doesn’t reappear on your app after your shop. For me, if it shows on my offers again, it means I’ve done the spend.

          • @grasstown: Ah great, yeah I was mostly worried as the offer had disappeared from my account. I'll see how it goes after this week's spend. Thanks for your reply.

  • +1

Only one out of the 4 bonus points offers (for buying a particular product) was tracked and logged on Tuesdays spend from my Coles shop.
    850 bonus points not tracked.
Called flybuys and basically told, wait a month before making any claim. Bonus points can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
The activity section of my fly buys app shows the shop Total, the points from that shop, vavd just one of the bonus points purchases added.

  • Can anyone here help me? I completed an offer for $75 off for $85 spend x 4 weeks. How do I claim the $75 off though? It’s not appearing in my account nor did I receive any emails, the offer already disappeared on the app so I can’t check it anymore.

    • 4th shop should have confirmation on the end of the receipt

If you’ve chosen points they will be on your account when your transaction appears 2-3 days

If you’ve chosen money off a future shop - I think you just spend over the amount and it comes off, but you’ll need to spend before it expires - sorry can’t help ive never picked money off hope someone else can chime in

      If needed

Yes the money off shop is a pain. You cannot see evidence of it anywhere except if you call them they can tell on the system. I would do that as you could do a shop and it not work. The call centre is Australian and usually quite helpful although the wait time can be 20 min at times. The credit only lasts a month. When you shop online it will charge your card but then if you spend .05 c over the credit it will use the credit. If something is out of stock and you fall below that amount it will not take part of the credit so it's better to shop in store.

        • +1

Just an update—turns out you really get no indication of receiving the reward for money off shop (how anxiety-inducing that is). It doesn’t get automatically reduced, I had to inform the cashier about it and they just checked it on their system. So yeah, I’ll probably just go with the points next time. Thanks for the replies btw :)

          • @saoirse: Yes, people behind you in the queue staring daggers at you while you are arguing with the operator about your credit. My definition of anxiety.

  • If anyone didn't get their 10,000 points email [email protected]

They will take around 10 days to respond, but will put the points through (you will see it in flybuys as call centre adjustment).

According to the person I spoke to on the phone, there was an issue in week 2 and purchases didn't get picked up. I don't know how widespread it was but it happened to me.

    • Yes that email goes into some kind of abyss. I emailed on 15 Dec about other points and have heard nothing

      • Shouldn't be much longer hopefully.

I emailed on 8/12, they replied on the 17/12 and the adjustment came through that day.

As mentioned, the person on the phone said 10 day response time at the moment, but it could be even longer since that.
