I was breaking out in cold sweats when Youtube was down on all my devices.
I always listen to YouTube when I'm working from home, luckily this seemed to time perfectly with my lunch break so I didn't even notice.

Well I was watching YouTube and the outage was reported at 11:00am. I had no issue accessing YouTube from 9:00 to 12:00.
