Has to match the toaster!
And the missus wedding dress!
OCD?
Not exactly white - but here's one from Kmart - https://www.kmart.com.au/product/1.7l-smart-variable-tempera…
And this one from Kogan, which I do have and works - https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-smarterhome-17l-smart-gla…
The Kogan one is the option if I can't find a white one. Works ok?
Black Kettles Matter
You could buy a $5 plastic kettle, plug it into a smart outlet adapter, have the smart switch turned to off, press the boil switch, and then when you want hot water later just active the smart outlet switch from your phone. It'll boil and the cheap kettle will switch itself off at boiling point. A lot of kettles have that simple on switch that will stay on until the water is boiled, or the elements heat up enough to know there's no water in it. You could name the smart outlet adapter "kettle" in the app.
You'd need to deactivate the outlet adapter though to set it back up, that would be a real pain in the ass. And it won't work for someone who doesn't want to bother with the app.
Fixed that for you:

You can’t say “hey Siri, turn on kettle” though. Well you can but it won’t turn on.
nice hack to a first world problem.
I could but the extra plug is to big for where it sits
And, my current kettle doesn't stay on unless there's power

A wifi smart kettle WTF?
Is that for hipsters teas and coffees that have to be brewed at exactly 83.218234°
I think I've heard everything now…
83.218235° dont ya know
no so u can turn it on from bedroom
Don't blame the hipsters, I really doubt they're integrating every stupid little appliance into their rustic cottages.
Reminds me of this: English man spends 11 hours trying to make cup of tea with Wi-Fi kettle
You really don't want to introduce random IoT devices in your house - at least connect it to a network that doesn't touch anything else
hmm……
