Anyone else having trouble logging into Hotelclub after signing up? I received an email confirming my registration along with a password but I cannot sign in. If I try to retrieve my password I get a message telling me my email is not in ther database.

Yeah.. regarding the 36 hours to activate nonsense.. they only mention that after you register! How nice of them!

I got mine and actually booked a hotel. To be safe, will definitely call the hotel to confirm before actual check in date..

Apparently the new account takes up to 36 hours to activate, which there is no mention whatsoever in the T&C's, as the confirmation email indicates you can use it right away.
Rang hotelclub up, and they're being a b*tch about it, so have emailed groupon to cancel, if no action, just going to chargeback. I know they will love that after all their press coverage about them being dodgy.
