Cheap Quiet CPU Cooler for Ryzen 3600?

I'm looking to buy a 3600 Ryzen build soon, just waiting for any sales.

I'm thinking ahead and trying to find a budget (<$50) quiet CPU Cooler for the Ryzen 3600. The main thing which I value the most is noise (needs to be under 30 dBA minimum) and budget. Not looking to overclock this thing, but I heard the stock cooler is so loud it's probably worth for me to replace it with a cheap CPU cooler.

Looking online, people recommend things like the scythe mugen 5 rev b, which is accessible overseas but with the shipping costs here, it makes it a $90 cooler from Amazon.

So I need more local recommendations. Looking around at PCCG, I can't find anything great with high reviews.

Does anyone know of any reliable cheap quiet CPU coolers for AM4?

    be quiet! Pure Rock Slim CPU Cooler has a maximum of 25.4dBA and sells for $49 pretty much everywhere. They really live up to their name when it comes to noise.

    I dunno. I run the stock wraith cooler and to be honest, I never notice it.

    Whenever I notice a fan, it's the GPU fan when it's under load.

    They're outside your budget, but if you want quiet, go Noctua. Worth the extra $$$.

    Perhaps, just try using the stock cooler first.
    You might be pleasantly surprised at it's quality, and decide you don't need to buy a separate cooler. I would recommend it for higher-clocking/larger-core processors though… but that's only when you make the upgrade.

        i tried the stock cooler. its not bad but to my ears it keeps randomly spinning up and down. put my finger on it to stop it to try and work out whether its the cooler or the psu, but hard to tell. lol.

        might look for a black friday cpu cooler option. have had good experiences with noctua before, but might give the be quiet recommendation a go.

    The deepcool gammaxx gt is probably the best cooler you can find in this price range. Sells at most places for 45-49 bucks and performs similar if not better than the hyper 212.
