Despite what it might've seemed like, Victorian borders were never closed to anyone within Australia.
NSW will have it's borders open to people coming from Victoria on 23rd Nov and anyone coming across won't be subjected to quarantine.
I need to know too.
Sydney to melbourne has never been a problem. No self isolation etc required.
Even the other way Melb>Syd will be fine after the 23rd this month.
