"You can call the ACCC. You can call the King of Denmark."

Ok that's a pass from me.

  • How much roof space do you need for this? I have some solar hot water panels pn the roof right in the middle. Prob in the way.

  • No love in WA?

I'd encourage everyone to read the reviews of this company. And do your research about the panels, inverters and installers.

Sure it's a cheap price for 6.6 KW system, but if anything goes wrong and outside of warranty, expect to pay just to have it looked at (or replaced - if you're lucky enough). And from an environmental perspective, to have to replace panels after 5-7 years is terrible and even a mid-tier system should last far longer.

With solar power, the cheapest may not necessarily be the best value.

    • Hello Muselibar,

      Thank you for your comment!

We definitely agree that everyone should do their research to ensure they are getting a quality system.

With that being said, the Eging Panels has a 15-year product warranty and the Solis Inverter comes with a 10 year (5 + 5 extended) warranty which should offer a reasonable peace of mind for the long-term life of your system 😊

Please do not hesitate to email me at [email protected] if you would like a further discussion!

What good is the warranty if the company wont come and look at it?

I'd take your comment with a grain of salt.

15 year product warranty seems good.
So the customer would reasonably think that everything is covered for 15 years, but that's simply not true.

        1) 15 year product warranty only covers the solar panels themselves (one part of the whole system)
        2) The "installation" warranty is generally less than "product" warranty, so even if the "product" is under warranty you may still have to pay to have it inspected/fixed/replaced
        3) The inverter is only covered for 10 years
        4) Panels and other parts will generally become less efficient over time, generally more so with cheaper parts and this probably won't be covered under warranty

Most people won't spend hours reading/understanding the terms and conditions.

    Get what you pay for.

$3-4K is a good range. $1.8K, and you are asking for issues.

    • Is something like 6.6kW Jinko 370W Solar Panels + 5kW Fronius Inverter good? I would rather pay for something reliable

  • +1

I just had a look at their product review, doesn’t seem to be very consistent & lot of negative remarks. The language this company has used doesn’t look very professional. I would personally do my homework before giving them the job.

  • This is a great deal.

Anyone know of a good installer in Victoria? Looking for 6.6kW Jinko 370W Solar Panels + 5kW Fronius Inverter
