Flir One Gen 2 Adapter to USB C?

Hi everyone
Have a Flir one gen 2 thermal camera. It works fine but since upgrading the phone to the one with USBC connector I am not able to use it. Have to borrow one of my kids old tablet each time I need to use one.
Anyone was able to source an adapter for one? I bought a couple but phone does not detect the camera when adapter is used.
Flir offered to do a replacement to Flir One pro at 40% off retail, but $350 extra for the pretty much the same thing with just a different connector
