Devices will charge with 1A, just slowly.

The cheapest laptop/phone/powerbank/tablet give a world of pain. I was dumb enough to make that mistake multiple times.

So you're paying $4.98 for 1 battery and the rest goes to landfill. The battery probably is probably mediocre too and joins the rest in a few weeks time.
Worst junk brand ever.
Better to get an 18650 housing which will last "forever" with battery swaps.
