I have tried a few now without success. Does anyone know of a decent dual wireless charging mat that will charge an S9 and a Galaxy Watch (46mm Bluetooth)?

I bought a 3 in 1 from Aliexpress that works; not the fastest charger in the world though.
Yeah, 7.5W with 5V is only 1.5A max. There's only so much amp 1 cable can carry.
Samsung does something weird with their watches, they don't work too well with non-Samsung chargers. Not sure whether they've changed it on Galaxy Watch, but if I remember correctly, they haven't.
So I think your best bet is just grabbing the official Samsung wireless charger.

Charges my S10+ (fast), Galaxy Buds, and Gear S3 fine. The watch charger does seem a bit small for my 46mm watch, but it does charge fine. A 44mm watch would fit even better.
Why don't you tell us which ones you've used so we don't double recommend what you've tried.
Since you didn't mention budget, Mophie should do the job if the goal is to just charge two devices.
