They seem to be having huge discounts. Question is, is this site legit? Cos if i'm not mistaken the actual Swarovski australia site is this.

What I found — also the moderators here at OzBargain who have access to users' GeoIP data — that there have been quite a few so-called Australian sites (with Australia in the domain name, or with .com.au/.net.au domains) but are in fact operated from Hong Kong/China. Their reps would have "Sydney" "Perth" filled in their profile location field, however all their IPs are in HK or CN. When questioned about the mismatch of location and IP addresses, most of them would say "they are currently visiting their Chinese factory/warehouse/supplier".
Yeah right.
Anyway. I think for the OzBargainers, we just need to spend a little bit more time investigate and should not assume a shop is Australian, or are protected by the consumer rights here simply because the URL is a .com.au.
Their About us page is exactly the same as the genuine Swarovski website - copy and pasted! Tsk tsk
I emailed Australian Swarovski customer service and got an almost instantaneous reply that they are aware of this fake website and it is currently under investigation.
groupbuy deals is spreading around for huge discount price for swarovski at most of the groupbuy website at the moment
To me it doesn't look like legit Swarovski site at all. I believe Swarovski will never put measurements on top of their product images.
