A good price on this 3d printer that's currently cheaper than buying from direct form Creality's AU warehouse.

While I've never used a Creality 3d printer, they do seem popular at OzBargain and I've had a lot of fun with my 3d printer during lockdown ;)

Best thing about Enders is that there's so many other people that have them. It means there's heaps of support, videos and documentation out there to help get you on your way.

They're also one of the best bang-for-buck printers in their price range as well. Very happy with mine.

    • I was originally planning on buying an Ender a couple of years ago but ended up winning an Alfawise one from Gearbest. It's just a rebadged Tronxy and seems to have a similar community to Creality.

I've always wanted a 3d printer. Every time I imagine my adventures with one i imagine like building Handy things like protypes or somehow otherwise integrate it into my work.

But in reality id probably print like.. A whistle and maybe a pikachu?

Once you have it - you realise there are plenty of things to print or you might fall into the camp of your printer collecting dust after your first print lol.

Couldn't integrate it to my work but definitely my hobby!

      • I'm in the camp of making things to repair stuff or custom objects, which means I need to draw pretty much everything up from scratch so that's always the hard part for me. The prints I have done so far have been pretty good though, so as far as the end result I've been pretty happy with it (using a Cocoon Create Touch).

    • I think I'd get pissed off at the print quality and have no time to research mods etc, meaning it got relegated to the corner.

I'd like a bees knees, foolproof unit that needs no mods and comes with great tutorials. Sadly I don't think that's the world we live in with 3d printing being niche

      • I thought they mostly existed, but were around 7 - 9K

        • Around the 2-3k mark should give you a very nice machine. I've owned a 3D printer for over 10 years and the Tiertime/pp3dp ones have always served me well.

        You want a prusa then

  • Just tried to purchase this, it said free shipping, but when you go to checkout, it charges shipping, insurance and GST which ends up being over $500 and the code doesn’t work. Am I doing something wrong?

    • I just bought this and it worked perfectly. Great price - even cheaper than Ali Express Black Friday Deal

  • Found a code that makes it AU$5 cheaper (US$236 instead of US$239) - code is 'BGE3V236'.

I just bought one and confirm it works - final price before 5% cashback was AU$337.23 including shipping insurance.

Thanks op for the inspiration as I've been looking for one of these shipped locally.

    • Excellent work. You can share that one as a deal if you want.

      • Nah all good, happy for you to add it to your deal if you like.

It's $236 USD with Free Shipping, and apparently further $5 USD off that for new customers here: https://www.creality3dofficial.com/products/ender-3-v2-3d-pr…
