Thanks, going to try this
my personal experience.

i didnt buy that, i bought from a deal that has been deleted by mod due to the no ABN something like that - but i got the item just fine.
you can get from local store or maybe aldi (so you can return if doesnt work for you)i just want to show you the shape, there is some slope in the middle that will hold your neck. i remember when mine arrives i just lay down for 1 min and already can feel how comfortable it is holding my head.
just 2 nights after using it, i dont have pain in the neck anymore. previously using few $150 normal shape pillow (latex, etc) and (still) got pain in the neck.I got one that is shaped like a letter B. Hated it when I first got it, but now can’t sleep on flat pillows. Cost a fair bit when I bought it, like $200 ish, but well worth it
Just don't buy this fairly well reviewed pillow:

I tried to use it to replace my super old latex pillow and was a nightmare.
well nothing special about that, better get tonite deal from ozb when they pops up
Thank you all, I will probably go with the Ikea one suggested by @hybroid or this rosenskaerm
Appreciate all the comments.
Never had a neck issue until I started using a memory foam pillow. Now back using a good down pillow, no issue at all, but I guess everyone is different
I don't find orthopedic pillows comfortable at all personally. I really like the Ikea firmer memory foam one with gel on one side which is cooling and actually works. It's not too expensive and might be worth a try.
