  • how about wireless charging? water resistance ipx rating?

    • Looking at GSMArena, no and no

      Under $400? Tell 'im he's dreaming!

  • Looks like microSD card can be maximum 256GB

  • +3

    additional pro:
    ** 3.5mm Headphone Port: yes **

  • LOL … PLUS GST! Why not add the GST to the price in the title? We expect it to be plus GST when looking on a foreign site, where not all customers pay GST, but pretty sure the VAST majority of OzBargain viewers will have to pay GST.

    • I come up with the following:

      $361.24 - phone
      $ 36.12 - GST
      $ 10.35 - express shipping

      $407.71 - so OP has included GST

      • AliExpress calculates the GST including shipping (which I believe is the correct way), so the total should be

        $361.24 - phone
        $ 10.35 - express shipping
        $ 37.17 - GST
        $408.76 - TOTAL

        Still, almost $200 savings over RRP of $599.

        • That's only because you are buying grey import with zero warranty.

          • @Bigboomboom: Technically the warranty is with the AliExpress seller, so you gotta make your own decision.

            I've had warranty process with an AliExpress seller before and did get a replacement, so it's not zero warranty, but I agree it's a risk and gamble.

              @hjk: This is actually the Official REALME store on AliExpress, you would expect them to honor the warranty

      • Congratulations on failing to see the revisions, and the little mod note at the bottom of the post.

        Well done to you!

          No sure why the Mod would not just leave as is with the "temporary" price….it will change in two weeks with the exchange rates.

          Did you people fail maths in school? heh

          • +1

            @[Deactivated]: It wasn't the price due to exchange rate that was wrong, it was that you made it seem a lot cheaper than it was by not adding the GST in the title price, or anywhere for those that failed maths, that the vast majority of us would have to pay.

            Why not put the actual price, in $US, with GST and shipping added, and then the current $AU price conversion? That's how most reasonable posters would have done it.

    SD720G should be put into CONS, IMO

  • For it's spec, $400 is not a deal

      tell me a better phone thats not run out model?

      • Poco X3

        • +1

          NO AMOLED, Only two slots and only 6GB ram

          • @[Deactivated]: 120Hz screen,
            Snapdragon 732G,
            IR Blaster,
            NFC,
            Bigger battery
            and almost a $100 cheaper.

            Poco is a better phone for the money.

            • @nitroeagle: incorrect !! the 6G 128GB is $370 plus GST, SO they are pretty much the same price 6GB vs 8GB

              Sure 720G vs 732G but

              Some prefer the AMOLED screen to even high refresh LCD

    I prefer to buy in JB hifi… with 2 yr warranty with Au Charger. No waiting for delivery.
    Price cut down to $446 with 7% Him gift card fromAGL REWARDS….

    • That's a great idea.. How long does it take to get the Him gift ecard from the time you buy the card from aglrewards?

      I only ask as the website says "Please allow 3 business days from payment receipt to receive your eCard".

      Cheers..

      any chance you could pm me Jassy007 please? Im really keen to ask about the process. Thanks.

      • I exactly don’t have idea , as I never bought Him before but I read some where it’s pretty quick. But even 3-4 Business day doesn’t make any difference as long as the Realme price stays same. And process must same as other Gift Cards just pay the Amount and you will get EGift Card in ur email. I bought before Good Guys GC which took just 1 day to process.
        Just confirm with JB before you order the GC. Coz the price of phone is sale price and I don’t know how long it stays.
        All the best
