The winner must show photo ID for tickets and merch pick up at the festival box office on the day of the event. The name, email and phone number of both the winner and the winner’s guest will be required for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes.

Accommodation booking is for Saturday 28 November 2020. Standard check in requirements of photo ID and security deposit are required upon check-in, with the winner’s details passed onto Rhapsody Resort for the purpose of the accommodation booking.
