Did anyone receive theirs?

ToysRUs marked it as sent on Nov 4.
I asked for tracking but they said it isn't actually sent, and I'd get tracking once it is sent.
I said oh ok, why was it marked as sent if it isn't yet sent? They didn't respond.
It is now Nov 9 and nothing has been sent, even though eBay says I'll receive it between Nov 6 and Nov 9 (lol).

Are these guys taking the piss?
