It's not the most stellar one they've had, but if you're thinking of putting a high value item up in the next month or so this will be useful. Although it stipulates "No Insertion or Final Value Fees on your first sale" I've received (and redeemed) this same offer multiple times.
Expiry seems to be one month from the date you accept it.

Yes. Very annoying.
Ebay is one of the worst companies for consistency. Anytime there's a promo you gotta double check that it's gone through right a month later when the bill comes.
Use a dozen or more user ID and get 10 free listings every month.
And possibly get banned when eBay catches on!

Opening a second eBay account
You can open more than one eBay account as long as you use different email addresses and usernames for each additional account.All you need to do is sign out of the account you're currently using, go to the Registration page, and follow the steps above to create a new account.
