I believe they are referring to automatic competition entry service websites (for example wewin4u.co.uk) which enters competitions automatically, (this site (OZB) does not enter on anyone's behalf.) or if someone is posting entries on behalf of multiple friends/people.
As for the code words, yeah that is not what this clause is referring to, and to help back that up, they would not know anyone is using codewords from this site when entering (and could not prove such) so no need to worry :)
