Just noticed that Kogan listed a bunch of refurb monitors at around 30-40% off with a 1 year warranty.
Are they any good, or should I stay away?
I'll be using it alongside a LG24MK400H-B for reference.

Kogan is luck of the draw.
Refurb is luck of the draw.
If you combine Kogan and Refurb, your chance of getting screwed is 75%.
Yes stay away. their first hand good is bad enoughgh
Personally, from everything I read about Kogans customer service reputation I would not even buy a brand new monitor from them
Stay away even if new - Kogan will rip you off the first chance they get, then avoid communicating at all costs - They don't stand behind their products
Blows my mind companies like this exist and are still in business…
Even ACCC has attacked them twice (although for pathetic amounts)
Cheers for warning me guys, will wait until black friday to see if any good deal on new monitors come up.
I got a brand new monitor from them because the price was just too tempting, and all I can say is, heed the warnings better than I did. I noticed a dead pixel right out of the box, then another one ~6 months later. It's not a huge deal, in fact I can't see either one unless I look for them, but still poor form to have any defects on a new product straight out of the box. I certainly wouldn't put any faith in a refurb.
(And yeah, I probably could've argued a warranty claim, but it was just a battle I didn't feel like fighting at the time. I just won't buy from them again).
It's often the luck of the draw with Kogan.
If something goes wrong with one of their Grey imports or refurbs it's an uphill battle getting 'customer service' to resolve the issue.
