Pretty much. I'm doing the inter -egg -sting development research thing, and these radars will help me not have to go through 6 rocket grunts before I can face one of those leaders.

What's the point of rocket radar again? You get to battle Cliff/Arlo/etc… and then I'm guessing you get to face off against the Team Rocket Leader… and then you can catch a rare Pokemon?
